Let's have coffee together!

Join me for a cup of coffee, this Saturday, Sept 3rd from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, as I continue moving forward to finally opening Black Stallion Cafe. Over the last year, I've been working at Coffee Tomo in West Los Angeles (one of the first coffee shops I frequented while working in the area). Through the mentorship and guidance of owner Kevin Yoo, he has taught me a tremendous amount on running a cafe, and as a result have built an amazing working relationship. I'm bringing all of that knowledge and experience to the San Gabriel Village and happy to say the wait for Black Stallion Cafe is almost over and the cafe will be opening VERY soon!

Please bring your family and friends to grab a cup of great tasting coffee. This will be a walk up/take-out service for the time being. Outdoor seating is very limited but the smiles and hugs are plentiful! The address is 225 W Fairview Ave, San Gabriel, CA 91776. Google Maps

Last day of roasting operations for 2 weeks! I'll be stepping off to Annual Training for the Marine Corps and pausing roasting operations unit I return to the shop on Monday, August 1st. Orders placed by 12:00 pm pacific time today, will be roasted and prepared for delivery into your hands!

I'll resume roasting on Monday, August 1st. Great news if you can't wait a full two weeks for great tasting coffee! When I was deployed to Iraq back in 2007, my Marines and I received one of these packages from Operation Gratitude. The goodies and hand written notes from children was very uplifting. I'm proud to announce that BSC has teamed up with the San Gabriel Chamber of Commerce, Operation Gratitude, and the Military order of World Wars to distribute care packages to veterans (not currently serving). If you know of a deserving vet in the Los Angeles area, please send me a DM and I'll coordinate getting these dropped off to you. I have 100 of these boxes.
