Last week I had the honor of guiding one of my young kings 👑 through his first breathwork experience.

What happened after was deeper than I can describe.

He came in with pressure on his chest and left with presence in his body. We’re not just training athletes.

We’re helping young men release what they’ve been holding onto for years so they can actually breathe into the life they’re meant to live.

This is the work. This is the mission 🙌🏽

What you’re feeling from the chaos to the collapses in your life is the call.

It’s not a breakdown. It’s an upgrade.

We’re leaving the 3D behind. Power, domination, and fear. It’s all crumbling.

And for men it’s more confronting than we know. Because control used to make us feel safe.

We weren’t taught to breathe through silence or to fight through it. But we’re not at war anymore.

And this is where the real work begins.

Women are awakening and children are watching, and it’s now our turn.

To stop performing “power” and start becoming presence.

It’s time to stop running from the battle you’re fighting with yourself.
