This is a sneaky opt-out notice on a website.
First, the title is "Do Not Process My Personal Information" and yet they are already ON>
Also, note that the options are opted IN, but the slider is grey which usually means something is on, and if it's a color like green or blue it's ON.
So you have to ready carefully. In this case you have to turn ON the opting OUT.
Furthermore, if I click that to modify my settings, they should be OFF and I can turn them ON if I want to, not the other way around.
The fix for this if you do it wrong is to clear your browser history for the "last hour" and then it will ask you again since the clearing would delete the cookies most recently set on your computer and cause the site to ask again.
On this site, there was no easy place to click to adjust my settings which would be nice to have and might be a legal requirement.
