Between my own personal experiences of having my vulnerability being 🔫ized and also the way - for the longest time - being vulnerable on here went “out of trend” or wtv, I’m very grateful that I still get to share my heart with you, especially when it might not always be so perfect or pretty 🤍

I want to give you permission to romanticize your body. I want to tell you body neutrality is wonderful, but I sincerely hope you look in the mirror or a photo of yourself and smirk confidently at what you see. I don’t care what size you are, and I sure hope you stop caring too. I don’t think the BMI works without being incredibly discriminatory and also a little (more, actually) wrong, and I sure hope you stop caring about it. Your health is so much more than a number on a scale and you are so much more than a stomach that “shouldn’t bunch” or a back that doesn’t “roll”. I know for so many of you this is so surface level, so I hope it serves as a reminder just in case it’s a hard day ♥️♥️ I hope you’re falling in love with yourself 🤍
