At Nish Initiative, LLC, we provide comprehensive management and leadership to our clients by facilitating the planning, design and implementation of their redevelopment and revitalization projects. Working with your specific needs in mind, we scout and identify potential revitalization sites for both developers and communities. This can be anything from a simple building facade addition, color palate revision or cohesive graphics plan to an entire space transformation of buildings and streetscapes, allowing a place for communities to gather and connect. Acting as a liaison or intermediary between community and developer, we will work with you to ensure that all parties are communicating, in agreement and moving toward the same goal while operating in the best collaborative environment possible. Working with communities, we hold organized public charrettes and compile the needs, wants and concerns that come out of that meeting. We then put these ideas into the planning and creation of a new design and facilitate the work from the first handshake to opening day, protecting the vision and ensuring that it is not lost during the process. Drawing from our very talented pool of specialists, we will guide you through all phases - from concept design to full implementation. Ensuring that you are functioning with the best team possible, we look at whom you may already have in place and fill in the gaps with our team members. This reduces your costs by not having to hire an entire design company and with a portion of your staff already in place, the download time is minimal so work can progress immediately.
