⭐️One month update ⭐️
It’s been exactly a month since my sister told me her roommates success story with + . It took me 5 minutes to sign up after hanging up and I’ve been on board ever since. My thoughts were this- I’ve committed to making 2020 about me. I’ve consistently worked out for over 200 days this year and at first my journey was to reach goals- hit this dream weight of 135 (🙄) but then 2020 really threw a curve ball and i realized that my mission to reach my goal weight wasn’t really what did it for me. It was my MENTAL SANITY. Being stuck at home, having major role changes, being continually ON was/ is a lot. I’ve used my 45-60 minutes a day.. 20 minutes on a bad day to just do me and get in the right headspace. I have never been so thankful to have pulled the trigger to buy the bike + has helped me get closer and closer to that “goal” weight. I’ve lost 14 pounds in the last 30 days- I’m always eating. I save points for wine + tequila and the occasional fry. I feel GOOD and that’s what i realize is the goal.

Just trying to spice things up over here. Finally went back down the rabbit hole and found a few canvas crafts for kids ! I definitely would make a couple of tweaks but all in all— this was a winner ! 🙌🏼
