Yes, I had to hop on this trendā¦š¤£
Hallelujahā¦for me, itās seeing as much of the world as I can. Staying in one place too long feels monotonous. Travel gives me perspective and makes me appreciate my everyday life more when Iām back.
Cooking (or assembling) nutrient-dense meals keeps me grounded and energized, especially now. Even on a GLP-1, I still eat, just without the bingeing, which feels incredibly freeing.
GLP-1 + HRT have helped a lot. I have less inflammation and better energy. Iām not a big drinker, but a little cannabis most nights helps me unwind.
Iāve traded intense HIIT for other types of movement. That can include Pilates, walks with Ziggy and staying active in other ways that feel good.
With clients, I keep it real. People want to connect with a human, not a robot. Same with friendshipsā¦there are fewer, but they are deeper. Phone calls over texts lead to less misunderstandings.
Iāve also found a lot of joy in connecting with colleagues lately. They also turn into real friendships. More of that, hallelujah.
At home, Iām focused on me, my space, and taking care of Ziggy.
What does hallelujah look like to you?
