I am a firm believer that the events industry as a whole is undervalued. As are the people in it. I know I'm biased ;) but it's why I created the Mindset series.

There are ways to get more headcount, budget, and power by using logic. It works. I do not believe in the idea that we should be ""running around"" the night before an event.

With the right number of people on a team, the right amount of money to finance the goals, and the right amount of respect for those in the business -- this industry can be one of joy. Not insanity.
