So incredibly proud to have started our first ever Career Survival 2.0 regional project and Cohort involving Oceanside FD, Vista, FD, Murrieta FD, Hearland Fire & Rescue, North County FPF, San Marcos FD, Valley Center FD, and our host, Rancho Santa Fe FPD.

Career Survival 2.0 is designed to help agencies develop a sustainabe process for reducing the most common behaviors leading to firefighter terminations and intra-agency law suits. I will keep you updated on the progress of the Cohort and please let me know if you are interested in hosting a regional project/cohort in your area.

Be safe, E

It’s such a pleasure when we get the chance to visit with old friends. This was our third opportunity to spend some time with the outstanding men and women at Olathe (KS) FD

So many great things happening at the agency including a beautiful new fire station and a new state of the art training facility. It’s an exciting time to be working at OFD!

Thanks to Chief DeGraffenried for his hospitality and for his support of our message at the Career Survival Group!
