I'm back home after yet another amazing Alaska trip, and looking forward to Bodie this October, equally amazing in its own unique way. Bodie is the ghost town that time forgot, a lonely place in the high desert now carefully tended in a state of "arrested decay" by California state parks. I've been leading photo workshops here since 2003 and every time is a bit different, always photogenic. We get INSIDE hard to access buildings and also photograph the brilliant high altitude skies in Bodie. We're also in the middle of Sierra Nevada aspen colors at this time of year.
