What a milestone moment! 🎉🧱

On August 27, our family company, Capital Brick Co. (division of South Alabama Brick Co.), celebrated the grand opening of its new Auburn, AL, location, and we couldn’t be more proud of everything their team has accomplished.

We are so grateful to the Auburn Chamber of Commerce and the Macon County Economic Development Authority for their support, and to Alabama State Senator Jay Hovey for being there to help mark this special occasion. A special thank you to Coach Joe Whitt, who sold Capital Brick Co. the very land this facility now stands on.

To the manufacturers and representatives who showed up to celebrate with us — thank you. Your support speaks to the significance of this location and the opportunities it brings to our industry and the Auburn community.

Situated on more than 6 acres, the new facility features an 8,750 sq. ft. showroom and warehouse, 180 brick yard lanes, and capacity for more than 6 million bricks. This facility is built for big things.

Congratulations to the entire Capital Brick Co. and South Alabama Brick Company team! We are so proud to have you as part of the LEE Building Products and Houchens Industries family.
