🍂⚽ Outdoor Season Is Here… Go Ball Out, TMT! ⚽🍂
The wait is over! We are incredibly excited to get out this fall and watch our TMT athletes compete for their club and high school teams. We love seeing the confidence, creativity, and passion our players bring to the field. Go out, compete fearlessly, enjoy the game, and make the most of every opportunity!
As the season begins, we’d also like to share a few important reminders with our TMT families.
⚽ Support Position Rotation (U8–U14)
At the developmental ages, players should experience multiple positions on the field. Every position teaches unique technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills. Position rotation develops soccer IQ, field vision, adaptability, and a deeper understanding of the game. Many players don’t discover their best position until later in their journey, so avoid labeling them too early.
👏 Be Your Child’s Biggest Fan
Your encouragement means more than you know. Cheer loudly, celebrate effort, and let your child enjoy competing.
📢 Leave the Coaching to the Coach
As difficult as it may be, please avoid coaching your child from the sidelines during games. When players hear instructions from both a parent and a coach, it often creates confusion and mixed messages. Your child naturally wants to please both of the most important mentors in their soccer journey.
Trust your child’s coach and club to guide them during the game. Your role is just as valuable—encourage, support, and build confidence before and after the match. When parents and coaches stay united, children thrive.

Growth isn’t always measured by goals, wins, or playing one position. It’s measured by learning, resilience, confidence, and continuous improvement. Every challenge is helping your child become a more complete player and person.
We are already looking forward to welcoming everyone back for our Fall Skills Program and Winter Futsal Academy. Our mission has always been to help every player become the best version of themselves, support their success with their club or high school team, and prepare them to compete at the highest level their talent, dedication, and work ethic will allow.
