To all the fans who came out to support BCW—
YOU SHOWED UP AND SHOWED OUT!! You packed the house for a SOLD OUT show in Hillview last night. We can’t thank you enough!
Your energy, your patience, and your support mean everything to us.
We also owe you an apology.
Last night, there were multiple delays due to issues with the ring. We know you came to see a smooth, action-packed event, and instead, you were asked to wait while we made repairs. We understand how frustrating that can be, and we take full responsibility for it.
There are no excuses. Our job is to provide you with the best possible experience from start to finish, and last night, we fell short of that standard.
What meant the most to us, though, was the way many of you stuck with us through the delays. You stayed, you supported the talent, and you gave them the energy they needed to push through a difficult situation. That doesn’t go unnoticed.
We are already taking steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again. You deserve a show that runs the way it’s supposed to—safe, seamless, and entertaining from beginning to end.
Thank you again for your patience and for believing in what we’re building here at BCW. We will learn from this, we will improve, and we will make it right.
