💡This is something I talk about all the time: while this can occur in any size business or industry, small businesses & non-profits often lack the resources to develop the leaders they already have.

An owner or Executive Director may say, "Hey, you're a great engineer —let's put you in charge of the engineers! Ready, set, go." ⚙️

They are given no formal training or guidance, and then everyone wonders why that team didn't take off like they thought it should. 🚀

🌱Developing leaders, both new and experienced, is critical when growing your organization. This not only sets them up for success, it sets their team up for success as well. 📈
