Perfect sunny Friday and these teachers were hustling! Gardner staff… elementary and middle school… you gave it your all on this beautiful fall day committing to accessibility within HWIM. Can’t wait to come back for observations, planning and coaching!

This week it’s Boston-Weston-Fall River-Westport-Gardner… No matter where I’m at, I’m in awe at the work that our teachers are putting in to ensure ACCESS to learning.

3 sessions and a prank!
MEC was in Wakefield today for PD. At the PK we presented on Behavior and Deescalation, a the the Elementary we targeted HQIM and Access and at the middle/high school we chatted grades/skills and equity! The last piece of the post is what my own kids have to deal with all the time!!!

Just a quick 11 hr double duty day! Spent the full day at Conservatory Lab Charter School in Dorchester observing 8 different classes and some amazing students! This visit is the first of many for a year long coaching and PD partnership. Then zipped along back north to Melrose Memorial Jr High where I presented about rigor and equity to fabulous and engaged middle school staff. Now… home on the couch with soup and a blanket! So grateful for all this work and how hard educators work for kids each day.

Traffic all day everyday! To do lists!!! Still grateful. This week was Weston, Fall River and Melrose for a myriad of topics working directly with educators to enhance student learning. Last pic is the recent 80s. Trend which was too good to not share. Have a great weekend everyone!!!

Students are back, teachers are hard at work and school goals are starting to take shape! Here’s to a year of meaningful learning, strong collaboration, and continued growth for every student. 🍎

Back in Weston today wearing their school colors! Today’s sessions are follow ups from the week long curriculum workshops this summer. Yay for a strong start! 🐎
