Our final TFDA Convention post, but certainly one of the most important!

One of the greatest privileges of attending conventions is spending time with the incredible people who make this industry what it is.

The first picture is Kimberly (left) and Dr. Tracy (right) of John A. Gupton College. It was a pleasure meeting these two wonderful ladies, and we we would like to congratulate Dr. Tracy as she prepares to step into her role as the upcoming President of the Tennessee Funeral Supply & Sales Club. We wish her the very best and look forward to seeing all she accomplishes in the year ahead.

The second picture is Joe (left) and Rodney (right) of Mountain Mortuary Service, LLC.. Joe is the incoming Tennessee Sales Club 3rd Year Director. Rodney is also the owner of Mid South Mortuary Service, High Point Funeral Home & Crematorium, and Bartlett-Heritage Funeral Home & Cremation Center, all of whom we are proud to serve.

Conventions are about more than booths and business cards, they are about building relationships with the people who make this profession so special. Thank you to everyone who took the time to visit with us throughout the week!

ECA had a wonderful time at the Eastern Energy Expo! From the Welcome Reception and Hospitality Night to the expo floor hours, we enjoyed every opportunity to connect with industry professionals, vendors, and business owners in the energy and service industries.

Throughout the event, we were able to share more about ECA’s background and how our 24/7/365 live answering support can help businesses stay connected when it matters most. We had great conversations with companies looking for after-hours coverage, as well as businesses interested in using our services internally for employee call-ins and company communication needs.
