You said how much for bookkeeping!?! The answer is: it depends on complexity. Basic bookkeeping and a full financial support system are two very different things. At some point you stop paying for transaction entry and start investing in systems, strategy, reporting, and support that helps you make better business decisions. The real question isn’t always “How much does bookkeeping cost?” sometimes it’s “What is bad financial information costing your business?”

We’re a growing firm seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to take ownership of their work, with the ability to work through complex financial data and maintain accuracy across multiple client accounts in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.

You will support multiple clients by maintaining accurate financial records, performing and reviewing reconciliations, and helping clean up and organize complex accounting data. This includes working through account activity to ensure accuracy and consistency across financials. You’ll also work within various client platforms, including SaaS-based systems, and use tools like QuickBooks Online, Excel, Adobe, and Microsoft 365 to complete tasks efficiently and professionally.
