Frank Initiatives, LLC was formed back in March 2016 as a business development company. Over the years, we've learned something important:
Businesses don't fail because owners don't work hard. They fail because time, inefficiencies, and outdated systems quietly eat away at growth.
About a year ago, we decided to go all in on understanding Artificial Intelligence and how it can actually help real businesses.
That led to Frank Initiatives AI (FIAI).
Our mission isn't to replace people. It's to help businesses work smarter, identify inefficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and uncover opportunities they may not even realize exist.
AI isn't the future anymore.
It's here.
And we're just getting started.
On a more personal note, I want friends and connections to understand something important about AI:
AI can make mistakes.
Like any technology built by humans, it isn't perfect. While AI systems continue learning and improving, human oversight, critical thinking, and experience still matter.
AI should be viewed as a powerful tool — not a replacement for common sense, expertise, or human decision making.
The businesses and individuals who learn how to combine both human intelligence and artificial intelligence effectively will likely have the greatest advantage moving forward.
