Blu Perspective is a multi-divisional service company with locations in Michigan, Ohio, Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, Georgia and more! Our workforce specializes in quality inspection, light industrial work and commercial cleaning. We provide all of our employees with paid training and mentorship, which will have you prepared and ready to work on day one, with opportunities to advance over time!

We support the success of our customers by providing qualified and motivated candidates to do jobs their businesses aren’t equipped to handle. Blu Perspective partners with businesses across the country to reduce turn over, handle vetting of candidates and provide real-time reporting of attendance and punctuality. We provide our customers with a high level of detail-oriented data reporting. New team members have already been trained for the customer’s product and processes and gained a prior understanding of the customer’s culture and requirements.

About Us:
Blu Perspective offers innovative solutions to unplanned events in manufacturing. We are a leader in manufacturing support services specializing in 3rd party quality containment, sorting, assembly, rework light industrial staffing solutions, and commercial cleaning services. Our Quality Assurance Inspectors are responsible for the assembly and inspection of automotive/office furniture parts for defects to ensure only quality parts move forward in production.
