I have been in the customer service industry for 15 plus years. Holding many different roles such as Receptionist, Director of first impressions, sales, retail, social media content creator, along with several others. I've performed a variety of administrative tasks from email and calendar management all the way to appointment scheduling and marketing. When it comes to the VA industry, I would consider myself a jack of all trades. A little about myself I am a newlywed from California who transplanted to Texas a few years ago. I took a risk on becoming a VA in hopes of taking back control of my life. I was tired of my 9-5 and missing out on the little things with family. I gave myself back the FREEDOM to be at the next fieldtrip or early weekday baseball game without having to sacrifice my income and livelihood to provide.
