Follow My JOURNEY: Oh MY GOD!!! This is FINALLY Happening!! Please mark your calendar for my Food Truck reveal and Grand Opening on Sunday, March 16th from 2 - 5 pm at Mini Acres Farm, 3328 Mid Pines Road, Raleigh, NC 27606. I am so EXCITED!! Dreams REALLY do come true!!! Bessie Ruth Norris' design has been finalized and she will be going for her makeover on this Wednesday. Things have been flying by. I can't even keep up with everything!! Bessie Ruth is now fully insured and her tags have arrived. We have registered on StreetFoodFinder.com so anyone can request us for events and we can communicate where we are parked. We are experimenting with beverages for the truck and my website is being revamped. Our final professional photos are scheduled and we have a plan in place for the photographed cakes 😊. I'm sure, I'm missing several other things that are in progress but rest assured that everything will come together for our GRAND OPENING on Sunday, March 16th.

The Grand Opening will be SO MUCH FUN!! Please come and support us!! We will have a few of our favorite vendors there with their great products! So be ready to do some serious shopping! We are having several raffles. We will be raffling off a Year of FREE CAKE!!! We will raffle off a Kid's Birthday Party-To-Go!! We will raffle off Full Bundt Cakes and Pun T-shirts!! There will be a Photo Booth, Food, Activities for the Kids (Animal Petting, Games, etc.) and of course we Bessie Ruth Norris will make her Grand Entrance at 3 pm!!! Please plan to come and celebrate this grand occasion with me and my family!! Bring someone with and tell everyone you know!!!
