What an incredible day on the links with great friends and some longtime clients who have become great friends.

If you haven't played Bright's Creek in Mill Spring, NC, I highly recommend adding it to your regional golf bucket list. This Tom Fazio masterpiece is beautifully routed through the Green River watershed, where nearly every hole offers sweeping Blue Ridge Mountain vistas. The course feels as though it was carefully carved into the landscape rather than built upon it, winding through pristine mountain valleys, tranquil ponds, and the headwaters flowing from Wildcat Spur Mountain.

The golf was outstanding, but what made the day truly special was spending time with people we've had the privilege of helping through one of the biggest decisions of their lives - the successful sale of their businesses. Seeing them enjoy retirement, create new memories, and simply enjoy life is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

Business is important, but relationships are what last. Grateful for both.

Will's relationship with Topsail Capital Advisors began nearly three years ago when the firm was retained to represent the sale of Brewery 85, one of Greenville's most recognized craft breweries, event venues, and manufacturing operations. Following the successful sale of both the operating business by Topsail Capital Advisors and the associated industrial real estate through Sperry-Griffin Partners, Will transitioned into business consulting, advising manufacturing, distribution, and beverage industry clients on operational strategy, growth, and long-term value creation. Today, that client relationship has come full circle.

A graduate of Clemson University and the Siebel Institute/World Brewing Academy, Will brings more than 15 years of executive leadership and operational experience in manufacturing, beverage production, distribution, regulatory compliance, and strategic business management. His background includes expertise in sales and distribution, contract manufacturing, three-tier distribution systems, government compliance, operational efficiency, and public speaking and education within the beverage industry.

Will is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) through the Exit Planning Institute, a nationally recognized credential for professionals specializing in helping business owners maximize enterprise value and prepare for successful ownership transitions. He also holds a Scrum Master Certification and an OSHA 30-hour Safety Certification, reflecting his experience in structured project ex*****on, team leadership, operational discipline, and workplace safety. He is a founding member of the South Carolina Brewers Guild and serves as a board member of the Master Brewers Association of the Americas – Carolinas District.
