NEW MEMBER PROGRAM ALERT 🚨

Join trainer Josh on Tuesday & Thursday mornings at 8AM (beginning 6/23) for our new Couch to 5K Club!

This is a beginner-friendly running plan designed to help members gradually build the fitness and endurance needed to run 5 kilometers (3.1 miles). The program is structured to reduce the risk of injury, improve cardiovascular fitness, and make running accessible for individuals with little or no prior running experience. By the end of the program, participants will be invited to join us for an actual 5K event!
