Please join us in welcoming Brian LaDuca, PhD, our new Principal Workforce Development and Leadership at the Digital Transformation Center! 🎉

Brian brings a unique combination of experience in education, leadership, workforce development, and the arts. At the DTC, he will help develop workforce and leadership initiatives that connect emerging technology with the skills and capabilities people and organizations need to succeed. Brian holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton, an MFA in Theatre Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a BFA in Directing and Producing for Theatre and Stage from the University of Nebraska.

When he’s not at work, Brian loves spending time with his wife and best friend, Susie, and their three children, twins Angelo and Quino and daughter Giada. You can find him cheering on his kids at their sporting events, taking his high schoolers on college visits, or enjoying some silliness with his family. He also values staying connected with his Tau Epsilon Phi fraternity brothers from the University of Illinois.
