Grandmaison Management was proud to sponsor the Common Ground Concert hosted by HOPE for New Hampshire Recovery

Recovery takes community and this event brought people together in a powerful way.

Colicchie delivered an unforgettable performance, sharing real experience, strength, and hope from the stage. His message hit home for so many in the crowd.

We’re honored to support spaces where recovery is visible, celebrated, and strengthened.

They see the wins.
They don’t see the work.

Some days don’t go how you planned.
Work anyway.

Because it’s not what you acquire that defines you —
It’s who you become while building it.

To every operator behind the scenes today:
Stay disciplined.
Stay gritty.
Keep building.

Strong leadership sustains recovery 💪🏼

✨ Culture isn’t what you say — it’s what you do. ✨

Truth and accountability are core to recovery housing — but how we deliver truth matters just as much as what we say. In our latest blog, we explore why culture isn’t created by residents or policies on paper — it starts with the operator. When leadership leads with both truth and love, homes become spaces of safety, trust, and transformation.

Whether you’re running a sober home, leading a team, or supporting others in recovery, this message resonates:

👉 No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.

Empowering Operators. Transforming Lives. In recovery housing, truth and accountability are essential, but how they’re delivered matters just as much. I often say, “The truth without love is cruelty.” Because when we lead without compassion, we lose connection, and without connection, even the ...

✨ Client Spotlight ✨

Spending time with the team at HOPE for New Hampshire Recovery and their FOCUS Program Leaders; has been nothing short of energizing.

This team is deeply committed to helping participants find recovery in a way that works for them—meeting people where they are, and building pathways that are both structured and human.

We’ve truly enjoyed getting to know the FOCUS mission, refining policies and procedures, and facilitating staff trainings alongside such an engaged, thoughtful group of leaders. One thing is abundantly clear: this team is passionate, purpose-driven, and fully invested in the people they serve.

Thank you for trusting us with your vison! This is what collaboration in recovery looks like.

The real miracle of sober living?

Watching someone go from avoiding responsibility;
to running the chore chart like a CEO. 😎

I’ll never forget the first time I met Jay Ruais; over coffee at a small diner, just as his first campaign was beginning. What stood out immediately was his presence: kind, considerate, and genuinely attentive to the people around him.

As we talked recovery, he openly shared his own journey. That honesty, paired with the thoughtful questions he asked and the way he truly listened, told me exactly who he was. Over the last two years, his character has never wavered; always collaborative, supportive, and grounded.

I’ll never forget reaching out to him right before a Manchester Zoning Board meeting; absolutely terrified 😅 for nothing more than reassurance in a room I felt I didn’t belong in. He called me back within the hour, named exactly what I was feeling—imposter syndrome—and gave me the confidence to walk in strong.

I’ve come a long way from my Imposter syndrome days; thanks to that very human and empowering conversation. 🙏🏻

It was an honor to watch him be sworn in today for a second term. Grateful for his leadership and excited for what’s ahead for our city.

Thank you for all you do, Mayor Ruais.

Behind every strong operation is someone quietly holding a hundred details together with grace; and for Grandmaison Management, that person is Haley.

I’m endlessly grateful for this woman. For her steady presence, her loyalty, her work ethic, and the way she shows up not just for me, but for every client we serve.

She’s the kind of teammate who sees what needs to be done before it’s said out loud. The kind you thank God for when you realize you don’t have to do it all alone ❤️

And yes, she’s also dangerously good with numbers and random bits of information you didn’t know you needed until she casually drops them and suddenly everything makes sense. 😄 If there’s a spreadsheet, a detail, or a “wait, how did you know that?” moment… it’s probably Haley.

So thankful to be on this journey together. You are by far one of the biggest blessings in my life and I’m honored to call you a friend 🤍 Here’s to many more days on the road helping others 🙏🏻

This work is about more than systems and strategy.
It’s about people.

It’s about the privilege of truly knowing our clients; not just how they operate, but how they care. Watching leaders like Dylan and Katie pour into their communities is a quiet kind of inspiration that never gets old.

Tonight, seeing the Home Sober Living community come together; members from three different cities, gathered in one room; felt powerful. A room full of growth, shared wins, and the kind of connection that can’t be manufactured.

This is what happens when people lead with intention.
When service comes before recognition.
When community is BUILT, not managed.

Grateful for the relationships this work creates and for moments that remind me why this calling matters.

GREAT WORK TONIGHT GUYS!

❄️ Freezin’ for a Reason ❄️

I want to take a moment to shine a light on an organization that has filled gaps where help was desperately needed and changed countless lives along the way — Chucky's Fight

Chucky is a dear friend, and the work this organization does is rooted in love, service, and a deep understanding of what families and individuals impacted by substance use disorder truly need.

📍 Who this helps:
Chucky’s Fight, based in Seabrook, NH, provides scholarships into sober living, delivers substance misuse education in schools, treatment centers, and jails, and mentors individuals and families navigating SUD. Their reach is wide, and their impact is real.

🗓 Annual Polar Plunge
📅 December 31st
⏰ Arrive by 10:15 AM | Dip at 10:30 AM sharp
📍 Under the Hampton Bridge on the Seabrook side
🧣 Bring a towel — and some courage!

After the plunge, there will be award-winning chili, dog tags, and powerful testimonials shared by attendees.

This event is about more than jumping into cold water. It’s about community, recovery, and standing behind people who never stop showing up for others.

I hope to see many familiar faces there; let’s show up, support big, and close out the year doing something that truly matters. 💙
