I explained this to my clients yesterday while we were reviewing their sleep plan for their 2 1/2 year old and I could see their minds being blown 🤯
Their goals are:
1. To wake up rested, happy and feeling connected each day.
2. For either parent to be able to put her down at bedtime or for a nap (not just the one with the b***s).
3. To no longer be spending hours and hours online looking for sleep answers.
Their first two goals will be achieved by learning how to set boundaries effectively - with clear communication and yes, a consequence.
