I explained this to my clients yesterday while we were reviewing their sleep plan for their 2 1/2 year old and I could see their minds being blown 🤯

Their goals are:

1. To wake up rested, happy and feeling connected each day.

2. For either parent to be able to put her down at bedtime or for a nap (not just the one with the b***s).

3. To no longer be spending hours and hours online looking for sleep answers.

Their first two goals will be achieved by learning how to set boundaries effectively - with clear communication and yes, a consequence.

Their third goal was achieved as soon as they hired me to create a personalized sleep plan for THEIR unique child, and THEIR situation.

The bedtime battles you're experiencing every night are NOT inevitable!

If your toddler is telling you they aren't tired - believe them! You can't expect your 2-4 years olds to take a long midday nap, go to bed at 7:30pm and sleep 12 hours through the night. That's just not how it works.

A child who has insufficient sleep pressure is going to really struggle with their before behaviors. Can you blame them?!

But instead of adjusting their schedule to be more realistic, so many parents mistake these chaotic bedtimes as a sign their child is ready for a big kid bed.

Like somehow that will get them excited about going to bed?!?! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Instead, it only makes things worse. Now they're undertired AND they're in an open bed. Things are about to get wild 😜

I DO specialize in twins (cuz I'm a twin mom) and toddlers (cuz I love it) and yet...

I work with singleton infants ALL THE TIME.

Why you ask?

Am I marketing wrong?

Honestly it's because a lot of my clients are referred to me by their family or friends who worked with me. They don't care that my Instagram profile says I'm a twin and toddler sleep expert. Someone they trust had a good experience working with me, got great results, and so they want to hire me too - even if it's not for twins or a toddler.

Another reason is because a lot of my clients hire me more than once! Maybe the first time they worked with me was to to sleep train their toddler...and then a couple years later they had a baby! So they hired me again to help them sleep train their infant.

Point being, I work with ALL ages.

If I can help exhausted twin parents get TWO babies to sleep well - I can help you with your singleton.
