Really though…think I will share my journey here for now.

Just over 60 days ago I was literally on my back for 18 hours a day, unable to cook and care for my family.

Coming into 2022 I was experiencing a set back on progress made. Grateful and thankful to my care team 1,250 miles away that helped me make the necessary corrections. 🙏🏾💜🙌🏾💃🏽

Very seldom is the journey a straight line…
Mission Possible \= Mission Easy !!!

The greatest success book ever written says….
“Patienence is a virtue!”

So my mantra 🧘🏾‍♀️ …
“Stay patient, stay disciplined, maintain a positive mental attitude, and the gains will come!”

“Whatever the mind believes and conceives one can achieve!” Roxanne reminds me how we went Pro during a very devastating season. 💪🏾🙌🏾

The great news is with the CORRECT “tailored” correction plan, optimal alignment can be achieved without surgery (which has its own risk and side effects).

How are things going with your 2021 goals / intentions / manifestations ....whatever your word is ???
This morning I had an opportunity to share during a mastermind with some coaching friends how January 🤯🤯🤯 !!!
2 of 4 major manifestation by the end of January!
Things I set my intentions toward, embodied, while taking guided action showed up.
Sometimes we set our gazed toward our happy outcome and try to figure out how it’s going to happen. Our job is to release the vibration to the universe, maintain vibrational alignment, then take take guided action!
It’s no doubt there were situations, circumstances, and opportunities that presented themselves the would have cause my vibration to fall out of alignment to my happy outcome. I could have easily gotten distracted, pulled, and allowed my energy to be given to things, people, situations, and past experiences that would have been counterproductive.
A mentor taught me to only live the energy, the vibration I want in my future! Let me tell you...this can sometimes p**s people off and cause situations to 💥.
I’m starting to🥰💥 $h!t up! Then you can create the thing you truly want not what you’ve settled for or tolerated❣️

LOVE ❤️ LIGHT ✨& JOY filled!
This time last year some really though decisions were made. My muscles have gotten very strong. The muscle of CHOOSING me and HONORING me first...always! Knowing when to LET GO and being okay to CHANGE PATHS!
There has always been an inner strength and now it’s matched with inner peace, inner joy, and happiness.
Life has a tendency throw curve balls.
We might bend but we won’t break.
