To our phenomenal speakers, Natalie Webster and Rachel Edwards, thank you for your wisdom, vulnerability, and courage. You set the tone, sparked meaningful dialogue, and reminded us all why these conversations truly matter.

There’s a reason I created Conversations That Count, and it didn’t start with strategy. It started with a feeling I carried for years.

When I was a young professional, I had no idea how deeply people’s stories shape their success… whatever “success” means for them.

No one taught me that listening to someone’s journey could change how I lead, how I connect, and how I show up.

And honestly?

I didn’t have many places where stories were welcomed, honored, and truly heard. I didn’t always feel like I belonged, until I discovered that when we slow down, really listen, and interact with each other’s lived experiences, something powerful happens:

We feel seen.
We feel connected.
We feel included in life again.
