Community Impact & Development Director Janessa Hardaway and Survivor Therapist Jules Cotton recently attended the 2026 Partners in Protection Conference. The conference provided valuable opportunities to learn from experts, connect with professionals from across the state, and gain new ideas to strengthen services for survivors and families.

A special thank you to the Hill Country Children's Advocacy Center for the invitation and to the Children's Advocacy Centers that helped make this outstanding conference possible.

One of the greatest strengths of this work is collaboration. Conferences like this serve as a reminder that strong partnerships create stronger communities, and continued collaboration helps expand support for children, families, and survivors throughout the region.
