First I want to start out by thanking everyone for all of your orders, yall will never know how truly grateful I have been over the years! 🩷🩷🩷 Throughout the years I have learned a few things as a business owner. With that being said.....wait....did you think i was quitting?? Lmfao nahhhh, not yet at least lol!
Back to the subject at hand lol, I am implementing a few things effective immediately, ¹ When you message me to book, I require a $25 nonrefundable deposit. This is to ensure your date is held and to buy supplies needed beforehand. This deposit DOES come off the remaining balance due at pickup. ²Late pickups without some sort of communication is not acceptable and you will not receive your order until the next day at 10am. Please know that I am not a mean person but I also dont like being taken advantage of. ³ I do not answer (new order) messages after 5pm on Friday until Monday at 8am. Im not ignoring yall, I just have to separate work and home life as I am a home-based business. ⁴ Because I am a one man band, I book up rather quickly. If you're needing to place an order and you know about it 2+ months in advance, do not hesitate to reach out to me! The probability of me being booked 2+ months in advance is possible but not likely. So please reach out...THE SOONER THE BETTER. ⁵ Last but certainly not least, when i receive the inspo pic of what you are wanting, please know that i strive to duplicate it as much as possible. It will not be identical, as i was not the original creator of that cake. AI pics are also a big thing right now. I do try my best to recreate the pic and bring to life your ideas. Sorry this was such a long, drawn out post. Hoping everyone understands and this doesn't offend anyone. I promise its not meant to be rude.
