We’re currently in discussions surrounding potential manufacturing support for a fiber-optic UAS/drone platform — exactly the type of technically demanding, rapidly evolving program we built Venumwelds to support.

Our focus remains on helping aerospace and defense companies execute prototype and low-volume manufacturing needs through precision machining, fabrication, welding, and coordinated manufacturing support.

Some of the most exciting projects start with a drawing, a difficult requirement, and the question: Can you build it?

Venumwelds is currently pursuing an opportunity with a new client involving a large, highly custom project — exactly the kind of challenging work we want to continue taking on.

Our role is about more than a single manufacturing process. We coordinate the capabilities needed to take custom hardware from requirements and drawings through machining, fabrication, welding, finishing, and final delivery.

The project hasn't been awarded, so there are no victory laps yet — but opportunities like this are a great sign of where Venumwelds is heading.

We're excited to share an update!

A few days ago, we announced the successful completion and delivery of a prototype assembly for a repeat aerospace client. At the time, we were unable to share any photos due to confidentiality restrictions.

We're happy to say we've now received approval from our client to showcase the project.

This prototype required a combination of precision CNC machining, critical fabrication, and high-quality welding to meet the demanding standards expected in the aerospace industry. Every component had to be manufactured and assembled with accuracy, because when it comes to aerospace, every detail matters.

We're grateful for the trust our repeat client continues to place in Venumwelds and proud to support innovative aerospace programs through dependable manufacturing solutions.

Venumwelds is proud to announce the successful completion and delivery of another prototype project for a repeat aerospace client.

Having the opportunity to support a customer on multiple projects is something we don't take for granted. Repeat business is built on trust, communication, quality, and consistently delivering results.

This project involved the manufacturing of highly intricate, precision-machined components along with critical fabrication and welding operations where accuracy, fit-up, and attention to detail were essential. Every step required careful planning and ex*****on to ensure the final assembly met the client's expectations.

Due to a non-disclosure agreement, we're unable to share photos or specific project details at this time. However, if we're granted approval by our client, we'll be excited to share photos of the finished project in a future post.

A sincere thank you to our client for once again placing their confidence in Venumwelds. We appreciate the opportunity and look forward to continuing to support future prototype and manufacturing projects.

At Venumwelds, we're committed to continuous growth and expanding the opportunities available to our customers.

Over the past several weeks, I've been working closely with Virginia APEX Accelerator to better understand the government contracting process and strengthen our foundation for future federal and state opportunities.

As part of that effort, Venumwelds is registering with and becoming familiar with key procurement and contracting resources, including:

• SAM.gov
• DLA DIBBS
• eVA
• EMMA
• DoD LYNX

We're also reviewing CMMC overview materials to better understand the cybersecurity expectations within the defense industrial base.

This is all part of our long-term commitment to increasing Venumwelds' visibility, expanding our network, and positioning the company for additional aerospace and defense manufacturing opportunities.

Every step we take today strengthens our ability to serve future customers with professionalism, reliability, and quality.
