Take a look at this daddy long legs covered in mold! 🕷️ Not something we see every day, that’s for sure!

This crawlspace insulation fell, potentially creating a moisture/mold issue under the addition playroom of this home creating a musty smell. The attic has black suspect mold which is a separate issue, potentially from inadequate ventilation.

These pipes had asbestos wrapped insulation in a basement in Boston. Some of them were not in great condition which could allow asbestos fibers to circulate into the air. They were inspected and removed under budget and on time for the client.
