A Little Business Update
We know it’s been a little quiet around here lately, so we wanted to take a minute to let everyone know Hashtagable Gifts is absolutely still here and still in business!
The last couple of months have been a season of regrouping, reorganizing, and honestly, putting our focus where it matters most-Our customers and their orders!
We stepped back from social media & advertising for a little while to catch our breath, get our orders caught up, adjust to a new schedule, & make some changes behind the scenes. We’ve actually been blessed with enough steady business from our amazing returning customers that we had to turn down or refer several larger orders simply because we didn't want to overbook ourselves or sacrifice the quality or service our customers deserve.
The good news? We’re caught up!
Going forward, we’ll still be posting & sharing our work, but we’ll be spending a little less time focused on advertising and more time focused on creating, serving our customers, & keeping orders moving smoothly.
We’re also implementing rush order fees and some scheduling changes to help prevent those last-minute crunches. We’ll be working additional hours when needed, including some days off, rather than letting a growing order list get ahead of us.
So if you haven’t seen us posting lately, don’t worry... we didn’t go anywhere! 😉 We’re just taking a slightly different approach to running our little business.
