This is the life of a Bible as it goes through the rebind process to have a brand new cover! This one was just finished for a good friend in Florida. They wanted a longer yapp which is the edge overhang length.

This is the “guts” of a Bible and the first step in recovering a Bible. It’s rebound like this and then I’ll measure for the proper cover. This one will have a larger yapp - the distance from the text block to the edge of the cover.

Has anyone been to the Garden Tomb in Jerusalem? It very much matches the description in the Biblical account and quite powerful to behold in person. This (and skull hill) are where thousands of years of Biblical prophecy were fulfilled! In 2008 I got the chance to visit the tomb.

Hi all. The Lord continues to amaze me and has been blessing me with more Bibles to work on now that we have moved into our new house. I’m humbled to be able to work on His Word to restore these old Bibles. Here’s a few pictures of what I’ve been working on this week. Also in addition to Bibles I have a collection of books I’ve been working on redoing.
