Y'all. You can help supply families in need of food....today! We are in need of a few more item to be able to feed 77 families!

- 43 fruit cups
- 43 individual macaroni and cheese
- 49 individual tuna packets

We are SO close! There will be 5 items in each family pack. We have plenty of juice boxes and granola bars.

There is a collection box outside. We will be taking them over on Saturday am. Please drop off by Friday at 2pm:

Hey y’all, I’m Carrie Turner.

I started The Rhythm after years of being an entrepreneur, a mom, and… honestly, a professional juggler of way too many things. Somewhere between deadlines, drop-off, and “wait, did anyone feed the dog?” I realized I needed a place to exhale.

A calm space where we can work, create, or simply exist without the pressure to be “on” all the time.
No hustle noise. No busy-badge culture. Just breathing room.

Come as you are. Settle in. Breathe.

Whenever you need a breath… we’ll be here.
