The best career advice I received I ignored unfortunately for way too long. I continue, when asked, sharing it with others. 👉 Don’t chase money, chase meaning. Meaningful work, whatever that means to you, shapes your life very differently than chasing money. And most of us are well aware jobs impact our families, our mental health, physical health, friendships, etc. Follow your meaningful path and the money will follow. The converse however is rarely true.

Took a little time off, yesterday and today to finish up a mindful yoga practice and meditation certificate. Back in 2021 I became a certified yoga instructor and find lately even though I've practiced meditation for decades mindfulness is becoming so very much more necessary in order not to get sucked into the craziness we're inundated with daily 💚
