Posted about this earlier, and I just dropped a reel of me building a site live in Claude Code.

Thursday we go live. One hour, start to finish, the whole build in front of you. 11 to noon Central.

Day one of Google’s Generative AI Leader program is done. Day two starts now, and I’m ready for another packed day of learning. My time in the Navy and Army taught me to lean into growth, and this next level of AI training is something I’m excited to bring back into our real estate business.

I said yesterday that we’re not chasing trends or trying to sell the latest AI gimmick. Our goal is to give agents real tools and real knowledge they can actually use.

I’m looking forward to putting this to work for the agents we coach and the clients we serve.

Testing out something I found the other day... will report on it more once I get a better feel for it! So far....loving it. It is a great way to help with your brand and brand assets.

Even with today’s newest AI models it’s best to promot it correctly. One of the easiest is the R.A.C.E method. It stands for Role, Action, Context, and Execute. It is a structured prompting framework for generating precise and relevant responses from AI models by defining the AI’s role, specifying the task, providing context, and setting ex*****on expectations.

Ai From The Field has officially launched. Well almost! Site is being finished up. However, I felt it was time to lunch our FB page and IG page.

So why?!? Why Now! Well I just posted a reel talking about that very thing. In a nut shell I was tired of seeing AI slop being slung to fellow real estate professionals.

These “gurus” are all squeeze and no juice (however there a few a few that have knocked it out of the park ask they are friends of mine).
