Next ChaptHer

Next ChaptHer A global network empowering women to embrace transitions and step into their full potential.

Sometimes the people who knew the old you best are the ones who have the hardest time seeing who you’re becoming.

When you’re making a pivot, starting over, or choosing something different for yourself, you may be surprised by where the loudest encouragement comes from.

A new connection. A woman you just met. Someone who has been through her own reinvention and immediately understands what you’re trying to build.

That’s one of the reasons Next ChaptHER exists.

Because navigating a new chapter is easier when you’re surrounded by women who don’t just see where you’ve been. They see where you’re going.

And sometimes, the people you meet in your next chapter become exactly the community you needed to get there. 🤍

Thank you FEMME Art Fair and Maggie O'Neill for creating a space for women artists to connect and thrive. And to Adrianna Hopkins , I loved our conversation and can’t wait for the next one!

And yes, when I left my seemingly glamorous corporate career to become an entrepreneur and work on my « little food blog » I lost some friends, but it turns out it was just the begging of my own next chapter.

Womens equality isn’t just a day to celebrate how far we’ve come, it’s a reminder of how recently so many of the rights we consider fundamental became possible

The right to vote. The right to build a business. The right to pursue an education and career. The right to make decisions about our own lives and futures

For each of us, equality can mean something different. It can mean independence. Opportunity. Representation. Being seen, heard, and valued. It can mean having the freedom to choose the life that feels right for you

Today, we’re reflecting on what women’s equality means to each of us and honoring the women who fought to make our choices possible

Share this with a woman who inspires you to keep pushing forward, and comment below: What does women’s equality mean to you?

Every transition looks different on the outside.

A new job. A new business. A marriage ending. Getting sober. Starting over, in whatever form that takes for you.

But what it asks of you on the inside is almost always the same.

I’ve learned this more than once. So today, for founder Friday, I’m sharing the five things I wish someone had told me before my own next chapters. Not the practical stuff. The part nobody puts on the checklist.

Swipe through, then tell me yours. What are you about to do?

Happy Founders Friday! ✨ For those who are new here, I’m Lindsay, founder of The Napkin Network and one of the four women behind Next ChaptHER.

Here's what I have begun embracing now that my kids are a little more independent and I have "me time" again:

Sometimes your next chapter isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to something that made you feel like YOU before life got busy, and seeing where it takes you this time around.

I’ve been a tennis player for most of my life, but I took a long break when I became a mom and was raising little kids for the past ten years.

Three years ago,I found my way back to competitive tennis. What started as simply picking up a racquet again has had ripple effects I never expected.

Socially. Physically. Mentally. Professionally.

It has brought me friendships, confidence, community, opportunities and a part of myself I didn’t realize I had been missing.

We talk so much about what comes next. But sometimes it's not reinvention- it's just finding your way back to yourself.

What’s something that makes you feel like you? And better yet, how can we help?
