Curb your Halloween candy cravings with this fall flavored treat!

Pumpkin spice almonds!

*preheat oven to 325 degrees
Froth up an egg white and 1 teaspoon of water
Coat 1.5-2 cups of raw almonds
Then coat and stir with 2-3 TBSP of pumpkin pie spice (add as much or little to your liking) stevia is optional
Bake for 15-25 minutes (keep an eye on them as they can burn pretty quickly)

No. I'm not just someone who tells you "3 more" and to "squat lower". I'm an educator, motivator, encourager and some days your therapist. Not all trainers do, but I put the personal in personal training. You aren't just my client. You become someone I care about who I want to see reach their goals. everyday! It's easy to skip workouts, eat an extra cookie or 2 and eat some fast food instead of taking time to make dinner. It's a journey, but it can be accomplished through hard work and discipline! Your body will thank you in the end!💪🏼🥑🌶
