Winter time in upstate NY can certainly be challenging! Without a break at the end of the day on Thursday, our crew started an emergency 6” water main break lasting 16 hours. This was a very challenging situation due to the location of the leak that would have had 9 businesses without water had it not been repaired by morning time. Upon completion we immediately transitioned into snow operations and completed another 13 hours of snow clearing without one complaint. Great employees equal great service.

***Now Hiring***

We are looking to add to our team for the following positions:

-Excavation Laborer- duties to include- carrying construction materials up to 75lbs, assisting with underground pipe installation, manual shoveling of dirt, stone, etc

-Concrete finishers- duties to include- subbase prep, forming, placing, finishing concrete from footings, walls, and flatwork. We do not pour concrete everyday however we install a lot of concrete throughout the year. If you are only looking to pour daily this would not be a fit for you as we are a general excavation company.

- Excavation foreman/operator- duties to include- layout, excavation, prep work. We handle jobs from start to finish. For example, we layout, remove concrete and blacktop, excavate for footings, backfill foundations, install storm water, sewer, water, subbase and have job ready for paving.

We work year round with snowplowing included. Plenty of hours during summer months and winter months.

98% of our work is commerical work.

We are looking for reliable, dedicated, hard working individuals that are looking to learn and grow.

Class A CDL a plus

Must be able to pass random drug test.

Must be able to pass back round checks as we work in school facilities from time to time.

Pay Is based on experience.

We work within an hour from Latham NY and have some out of town work a few times a year for those interested in going.

*****We are looking for a part time mechanically inclined individual to come to our yard and jobsites on Saturdays or Sundays to fuel equipment and trucks, check tire pressures on trucks and trailers, and to grease equipment. This is a 3-4 hour +- a week job.
