Hi, I’m Laura — a former college swim coach turned recruiting consultant, and I’m so excited to officially introduce Fast Lane Swim Recruits!
I’m also proud to say I was the first in my family to be a college athlete. When I went through the recruiting process, I had no roadmap—I navigated it all on my own. I know what it feels like to have big goals but little guidance, and that’s exactly why I do what I do now.
After 7 years coaching at the college level, I’ve seen the recruiting process from every angle. I created Fast Lane Swim Recruits to help swimmers and families avoid the confusion, overwhelm, and missed opportunities that so often come with this journey.
