Some people need more discipline, but most need a better network.

Part 1 of 5

You keep hitting your head on why you don’t have more revenue in your business.
•You invested in yourself & business
•You joined mentorship
•You went to all the events
•You bought the Corporate stuff

But you still have not seen a dime from it. It’s not the stuff, it’s the network.

You can have a lot of content, but if you don’t have access to the right people to help you figure it out. The content is useless.

The ones who have the right people around them have figured it out. You see, in order to make a cake, you not only need the ingredients, you need the recipe. Not parts of it.

The problem with most entrepreneurs in the Leadership Development space is they have the ingredients but no one to show them how to put them together.

Change your network.
Get around people who will help you mix all the ingredients, tell you the time and temperature to bake, then you will get that cake (revenue).

Until then, you keep buying new “stuff” from the same people and getting nowhere. “Hoping this time it will work.”

It’s not about it working. It does, you just don’t have a good network. Until then at least you will be inspired by great quotes but no revenue. 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

Some leaders are asking can you trust AI.

I ask can you trust leaders? 👀😳👀

With all the issues in the workplace and “people leaving leaders” and not companies.

I’d say, for decades there has been a leadership gap in organizations.

For decades there has been trust issues with large scale leadership gurus, their teams and their companies.

You know, leaders who say all the right words, but don’t live the words.

So instead of being afraid of your teams finding out, your leadership is bad. How about improving your leadership skills and the way you treat people instead.

That will help you, your team and your company.
