I had a great time teaching some of the students in the Rollins College of Business, , this afternoon. Students learned how to improve their ability to have situational leadership when in a Business Dining environment.
They learned the proper etiquette to use during a 4 course meal and some additional skills to use during business dining.
It’s always a joy to share my knowledge and love for etiquette with students and I’m excited to see how these skills will benefit them in their future as they prepare to enter the job market.

Elementary Etiquette Part 2 also wrapped up today. Lilly took Elementary Etiquette Part 1 last summer and I was thrilled to see she signed up for part 2. Over the last three weeks we reviewed our skills from part 1 and then took a deeper dive into conversation skills, introductions, and table setting.
Lilly has been an exceptional student! She has improved her conversation skills, she is confident in introducing herself and friends, she can also set the table for a 3 course meal and knows the name of each utensil and how it is used!
We celebrated her success with a tea party that included some her favorites including, tea, fruit, cookies and gummy bears☺️
I’m so proud of Lilly and all she learned in Elementary Etiquette Part 2!

Today was the last class for this session of Elementary Etiquette. Today we concluded our learning on Table Manners and we divided into teams and reviewed everything we’ve been learning for the last 3 weeks. We celebrated all we learned with lemonade and cookies. This was such a sweet group of kids and it was a joy to teach them.

We wrapped up our last session of Elementary Etiquette, yesterday. The girls learned how to set the table, the importance of our napkin and good posture, we reviewed and learned a few new table manners.
We had a great 3 weeks of learning and I hope these sweet girls continue to practice and incorporate the skills they’ve learned in their daily lives. 💕
