First introduced in Toronto Canada in 2001... the NABFEME Summit attracts thousands of leading women and men from the USA, Canada and Africa. The Summit is an opportunity to make connections, drive products and services while accessing a power-network of industry businesswomen and thought-leaders. Produced by NABFEME, the National Association of Black Female Executives in Music and Entertainment,

Inc... (a nonprofit, membership based, empowerment and networking resource for women) the International Women's Leadership Summit travels to various cities and penetrates the market with a remarkable network of dynamic and influential women in the business of music and entertainment. Just like most of the world, COVID-19 affected our operations, however, we realize the importance of continued engagement and minimizing roadblocks. Therefore, the 2022 NABFEME International Women’s Leadership Summit will be a hybrid affair, attracting both in-person and virtual attendees. Recognizing the need to communicate the power of women in business, the workplace and in the community... the NABFEME Summit will present an amazing lineup of activities, eminent industry pioneers, power-speakers, informative seminars, youth voices, and key influencers in social media, music, film, television, radio, fashion, sports and technology.

The NABFEME International Women's Leadership Summit is a 3-4 day empowering experience. It is a professional gathering and learning platform that attracts entrepreneurs, business leaders, and mid to senior-level entertainment executives. The event is culturally diverse, community-inclusive, and gender-friendly. The NABFEME Summit addresses issues related to workplace equity, women in leadership, mental health, human trafficking, women in music, and many other pressing topics. It is a forum for cultural learning and understanding that attracts powerhouses of all ages and interests.

The Elephant In The Room - Queens of R&B "No Boundaries" Tour combines thought leaders from entertainment, business, and community with soul-stirring music performances. We'll dive head-on into issues we tend to avoid but desperately need to address.

If we do not take the lead in solving problems that impact our communities... those problems may never be resolved. We aim to initiate discussions and empower communities with inspiration and ideas on dealing with the unspoken social issues plaguing our neighborhoods. Mental Health, Social Injustice, Missing and Exploited Women, Domestic Violence, Gun Violence, HIV, Bullying, and the Sexualization of Women in Music are just a few of the "Elephants" we will address!!

We began this women's empowerment journey over 20 years ago! Ironically many of our "topics of discussion" remain paramount today! Beyond the throes of the pandemic, a revival is in our future. We plan to reconvene as our voice is vital to the workplace, the home and the community. NABFEME (20 Networks strong) is the National Association of Black Female Executives in Music & Entertainment, Inc.
