Downtown District Consulting has enjoyed working with Main Street Lewisburg TN for board training and other services.

The Marshall County Courthouse has stood at the heart of Lewisburg’s town square for generations. While Marshall County was established in 1836, the courthouse you see today was completed in 1929 and serves as the third courthouse to occupy this historic location.

For nearly a century, this landmark has remained one of the most recognizable features of downtown Lewisburg, witnessing countless moments in our community's story while continuing to preserve its architectural character and historical significance.

Our square is fortunate to be home to such an important piece of Marshall County history, serving as a reminder of the people, places, and stories that helped shape the community we know today.

Great article about the importance of investing in commercial buildings located in your community’s downtown area.

This past year Laura Tetley Todd,owner of Downtown District Consulting, has had the opportunity of being the grant administrator for 3 projects in Main Street Dyersburg and 4 completed projects in City Of Newbern TN- Gov

The facade improvements in these Main Street and TN Downtown communities will have an economic impact for their downtown communities for years ahead.
