I just found out that this company has been fraudulently charging me for 14 months, over $700. When I tried to contact them to get it refunded, they refuse to answer me. We started an application with this company and then they denied us. They said it was because of CBD we sell. When they charged my account, their designation is almost identical to my actual processor so I didn't catch it for months. RUN away!!!

After I left this review they called me. Not to refund my money but to get me to not claim that it was fraud because they opened for accounts and denied me but did not close them all. Because apparently it's our job to know what they're doing in their computer system.

Still haven't gotten any money back or a promise of any money back

Now they won't even answer my phone calls or text messages

🔺Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) (28-35%): This includes raw food ingredients, beverages, and sometimes packaging. It's usually the largest expense. Fluctuations in commodity prices (meat, produce, etc.) directly impact COGS.
🔺Labor (25-35%): This encompasses wages, salaries, benefits (health insurance, paid time off), payroll taxes, and worker's compensation. Labor costs are rising due to minimum wage increases and a competitive job market.
🔺Rent/Occupancy (6-10%): This includes rent or mortgage payments, property taxes, and maintenance. Location plays a huge role; rent in major cities is significantly higher.
🔺Operating Expenses (10-15%): This is a broad category including utilities (electricity, gas, water), marketing, insurance, cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and administrative costs.
🔺Profit (3-10%): This is what's left after all expenses are paid. Profit margins in the restaurant industry are notoriously thin.
