Debby Vitullo, Database Administrator/Operations

Debby joined our CTD team in August of 2021 as our Database Administrator/Operations. She is critical to the everyday operations of the team and helps handle various responsibilities such as benefits, office files and documentation, company tracking and several other behind the scenes responsibilities. Debby is native to the Memphis area, growing up in Germantown. She is married with two sons and loves spending time with her family and dog and advocating for Juvenile Diabetes and Autism. She says if she could live anywhere, it would be at the beach! Debby’s organization skills and forward thinking are a huge asset to our team and we’re so happy to have her with us.

Kyle Yatsula, Business Development Manager

Kyle started with CTD Staffing in 2018 as the Business Development Manager by working with clients to identify staffing and recruiting needs. He is a life-long Memphian who received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Memphis where he also started on the collegiate lacrosse team. Recently married, he and his wife enjoy traveling and even find the time to play a little golf together! Kyle plays an integral part in the operations of CTD Staffing by working with our clients to determine what types of talent fit their best needs. He enjoys meeting new people and looks forward to helping grow the work of companies in the Memphis area.

Steven Williams, Senior Recruiter

Steven has been with CTD Staffing for almost four years and thoroughly enjoys working with our different clients each day! He brings a variety of career experience to the team including 5 years in Law Enforcement and 6 years in Sales. Steven grew up in Memphis but relocated with his wife and two children to Florida in 2020. When Steven isn’t working, he loves spending time with his family at the beach and kayak fishing offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. He says he has grown to really enjoy connecting a candidate with the right job opportunity and also assisting a client in need.

Kip Baer, Sr. Recruiter

Kip joined CTD about 1.5 years ago and immediately hit the ground running! He comes from a sales background and was a traveling sales representative in the tradeshow industry prior to joining our team. Kip grew up in Memphis and is a big baseball fan (Go Braves!). When he isn’t working he enjoys exercising, attending concerts, enjoying the Memphis Redbirds, and outdoor activities such as camping or hiking.

Courtney Williams, Recruiting Manager/Business Development

Courtney has been with CTD for 6 years and has fallen in love with the industry! She comes from a customer service background and was in the legal field prior to joining the team as a Recruiter in 2016. Growing up in Memphis, Courtney swam competitively and was involved in various school athletics prior to attending the University of Connecticut and later the University of Memphis. Married and mom to two, she has recently relocated to the sunshine state and says her favorite thing about the industry is how rewarding it is! “No matter what we do, we’re always helping people either in their business or their professional career. It’s (selfishly) my favorite part of the job.”
