Perhaps you've got a little "down time" due to low occupancy after the holidays? Then there's no better reason than to spruce up your property.
Let's face it, no matter how often your property is cleaned, times takes it's toll on it. There's the random wear and tear, dust, dings, scuffs and smudges that only a deep clean will catch.
