Demolished a 2 car garage with an attached 8x10 shed and repurposed over 50 ton of concrete at the base of the bluff. The back wall of the home, showing 2 boarded windows, will be opened up with a pair of sliding doors and wrap around deck. More progress and finish photos to come…

Successfully installed 30+ precast 48” manhole risers on top of existing risers installed over 20 years ago. Created beach access by pouring concrete stairs off a lateral storm drain. Sunk 4x4 posts in each riser for a cable fence with solar lights on. Lastly, imported and graded over 100 ton of #304, Fill, and Top Soil before spreading grass seed and straw matting.
