A question I get a lot: once a markup has been addressed, should you delete it? I don't. Toggle it off in the Markups List and keep the history. Your markups are the digital version of the redline stack, Studio Projects keep the revisions, and Batch Slip Sheet carries markups onto the revised set.

Sixty lots, one drainage system, and every finished floor has to work with the street.

This paving, grading, and drainage sheet from a Central Florida subdivision shows the lot grading, finished floor elevations, the storm inlets and pipe runs, the retention area with its contours, and the wetland buffer, all coordinated on one plan. When the FFE on lot 58 changes, the swale behind it and the inlet at the corner have to follow.

Subdivision PGD sheets are production work: repetitive, exacting, and easy to get wrong at lot 47. That's what a dedicated Civil 3D team is for.

The two places files live in Autodesk Docs. Plans is where the current PDF set goes; Project Files works like the server you already know. Open a PDF right in the browser, add subfolders with a right-click, and upload PDFs, DWGs, spreadsheets and just about anything else.
